Join us for a cosy and calming story time at Stow Library, perfect for winding down before bed. This special session is designed for ages 4-7 and their favourite teddy. Settle in for soothing stories that will spark the imagination and help little ones drift off to sleep. Please note that booking is required for children only.

Children must be accompanied by an adult. Booking is essential as places are limited.

Meet Olaf, the fox red Labrador therapy dog! Olaf will share his adventures working in schools and hospitals, read you a story, and offer colouring activities featuring his pictures. Plus, discover Olaf’s new book, Team Olaf’s Mutt Strut for Maggie’s, an illustrated, rhyming tale of Olaf and his canine pals on a Cornish adventure to raise money for Maggie’s. Join us for a heartwarming experience with Olaf and his inspiring stories! 

Olaf will also be selling and signing copies of his books after the event (please note sales are cash only). All profits will be donated to Maggie's or Pets As Therapy.

Here’s a chance to support two great causes:

Simply choose how much you pay for your tickets based on what’s right for you and enjoy the event. All additional proceeds will act as donations which will go towards providing other free events, projects and services at Gloucestershire Libraries.

Learn to code at Hucclecote Library. Take your first steps into coding as you explore the world of coding languages all at your own pace, with the support of our friendly volunteers. Progress through step-by-step projects & create games and animations using programs like Scratch.
