Summary

Nora Clanton sells caskets. It's not an ordinary job, but it's the family business. She lives in Rabbittown, a middle-of-nowhere town, and her only friends are decades older than her. Her life is comfortable, but a little dull, even though she is constantly surrounded by death. Then Garrett Bishop walks into town and asks her out on a date. He's handsome, seems to have a good (if vague) job and always opens the door for her. There is one little thing though ... people seem to always die around him.
