Fun programming for children – lets have fun making games, music, graphics, and more. We will be using the “Scratch” visual-block coding system. This session is suitable for children aged 7 - 14 years.

No past knowledge or experience required.

Children under 14 require adult supervision.

Your helpful lab technician will be there to guide and support throughout.

Booking is essential as spaces are limited.

Join Fiona Ross (an Associate Artist with The Royal Shakespeare Company) to develop a piece of theatre based on A Midsummer Night’s Dream. In this fun and interactive full-day workshop suitable for young people aged 11-15 yrs, we’ll be exploring the world of the play, the characters and the text through theatre exercises to create a play in just 9 hours.

Booking is essential. If you suddenly can't make the event, please cancel your booking to enable someone else to attend.

Calling all LEGO fanatics!  LEGO Technicians is a new club at the Cheltenham Lab which focuses on multi-week themed builds and challenges to enhance your building skills.  You will get to know other LEGO fans and also have the opportunity to enhance your digital skills by photographing your creations and using the likes of Adobe Photoshop and Premier Pro to bring them to life!  Booking is essential as spaces are limited.  Any questions, please e-mail joel.hawkins@gloucestershire.gov.uk.

Bring along your little ones for songs, rhymes, stories, and noisy wiggly bouncy fun. Babies and toddlers up to 18 months welcome with accompanying adults.
