Come and take part in this Zumba class led by experienced instructor Jen Montgomery.
Zumba® Kids is a fun dance fitness class. Each 45-minute class is jam packed with easy-to-follow moves designed for children aged 4-12. The sessions are all about having FUN; everyone is welcome with no experience needed. Zumba® Kids classes are a great cardio workout for improved heart health and physical wellbeing. Helping children enjoy exercise so it becomes a natural part of their day, Zumba also promotes self-esteem, confidence, teamwork , creativity and co-ordination. This class is broken down into sections where we dance, play games and there is always an opportunity to show off those freestyle moves!!
My name is Jen Montgomery and I am your Zumba Instructor. I have been dancing since the age of 4 and am now doing a job I love. I currently teach a mix of classes Zumba, Zumba Toning, Aqua Zumba, Zumba Gold and Zumba Kids throughout Gloucestershire. I also do Birthday Parties and Fundraising Events. It's FREE to attend.
Children must be accompanied by an adult but please only book a space for the child attending.
If you suddenly can't make the event, please cancel your booking to enable another child to attend (as there are limited spaces available).
