Willie Prettybird, a salmon fisherman, has brought a lawsuit to gain treaty fishing rights for the Cowlitz Indian tribe, aided by his friend, Seattle private eye John Denson. But then the federal judge in the Cowlitz suit is reported missing, and butchered cuts of human flesh turn up in a downtown park.
