Three bears (Tale) -- Juvenile fiction

When Goldilocks stumbles on an empty cottage in the woods, she sits down to eat breakfast. But none of the three bowls of porridge on the table is quite right.

The three bears make some porridge and go for a walk while it cools down. Then Goldilocks finds the bears' house with no one at home. She smells the fresh porridge and feels hungry.

This classic version of 'Goldilocks and the Three Bears' is based on the original Ladybird retelling by Vera Southgate, with illustrations of the kind children like best - full of richness and detail.
